About

I'm the Director of User Experience at RealPage in Frisco, Texas, leading global UX teams that turn complex enterprise problems into scalable, intuitive products.

My work lives at the intersection of research, AI, and business outcomes. Over the last decade at RealPage I've driven $99M+ in revenue impact through AI-led UX — from the company's first NLP-powered feature to a full AI suite and the overhaul of mobile facilities — while building the design culture and systems to sustain it.

I lead distributed teams across the US and India, and I pair design fluency with the business literacy to operate it: a STEM-designated Master of Design alongside an MBA, both from IIT. I'm also a 2025 A’ Design Award jury member for interface, interaction, and UX design.

Game-Based Learning Strategy

Design StrategyBuild vs. PartnerEdTech

As Design Strategist for McGraw-Hill's game-based learning initiative, I framed the company's entry into educational gaming across PreK–5 — and made the build-vs-partner call that kept it out of a costly in-house studio. The recommendation was adopted and executed through studio partnerships.
